Check-In & Check-Out
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so a member of our team is always here to welcome you, no matter how late your arrival.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
We do our best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs based on availability. Please call the front desk in advance and we'll be happy to note your request. A small fee may apply for late departures.
What do I need to check in?
Please have a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Is there a shuttle or airport transportation?
We do not operate a hotel shuttle, but rideshare services and taxis are readily available. San Diego International Airport is roughly a 25-minute drive. The front desk is happy to help arrange transportation.
Amenities & Services
When is housekeeping provided?
We service rooms every three days. If you need additional service or extra towels in between, please contact the front desk and we'll be happy to help.
What amenities come with my room?
Every room includes fresh linens, complimentary toiletries, an in-room coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, and climate control. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are available upon request from the front desk.
Is there a coffee maker or refrigerator in the room?
Yes. All of our rooms are equipped with a coffee maker, a mini-refrigerator, and a microwave for your convenience. Complimentary coffee and tea are restocked daily.
How do I request extra pillows, blankets, or towels?
Simply dial the front desk from your room phone or stop by the lobby. We keep extra pillows, blankets, and towels on hand and will deliver them to your room promptly.
Who do I call if something in my room needs attention?
For anything at all—maintenance, temperature, supplies, or a special request—dial 0 from your room phone to reach the front desk. Our team is available 24/7 to make sure your stay is comfortable.
Policies & Parking
Is parking available?
Yes—complimentary self-parking is available on-site for all registered guests. Please display your parking pass, provided at check-in, on your dashboard.
Are EV charging stations available?
Yes—we have electric vehicle charging stations on-site for our guests. Ask the front desk about availability and location during your stay.
Is the property pet-friendly?
We welcome well-behaved pets in designated rooms for a small nightly fee. Please let us know at booking so we can prepare a pet-friendly room. Service animals are always welcome at no charge.
Is smoking allowed?
For the comfort of all guests, Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites is a 100% smoke-free property. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A cleaning fee applies to smoking in non-smoking rooms.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by rate and booking source. For reservations made directly with us, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your arrival date to avoid a charge. Contact the front desk with any questions.
Is there a safe for valuables?
We recommend keeping valuables secured. Select rooms include an in-room safe, and the front desk can assist with securing important items. The hotel is not responsible for items left in guest rooms.
